1. Services

Boost Velocity ("we," "us") provides business process automation, AI integration, custom software development, and related consulting services. All work is governed by a Master Service Agreement (MSA) and individual Statements of Work (SOW) agreed upon with each client.

2. Engagement & Payment

  • Project engagements require 50% deposit upfront and 50% upon delivery
  • Monthly retainers are billed on the 1st of each month, due on receipt
  • Late payments beyond 7 days may result in service suspension
  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated in the SOW

3. Deliverables & Ownership

Upon full payment, clients receive:

  • A perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the deliverables described in the SOW
  • Full workflow exports and documentation upon project completion or contract termination (Blueprint Exit Policy)
  • All client data remains client property at all times

Boost Velocity retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, reusable components, and internal system architecture. AI Brain (if referenced elsewhere) is a roadmap product and is not sold under these terms until separately offered.

4. Hosted Infrastructure

For retainer clients, we provide a dedicated hosted automation environment (n8n instance) at no additional cost. This includes:

  • Server maintenance, security patches, and daily backups
  • Up to 10,000 workflow executions per month (additional volume billed at $5 per 1,000 executions)
  • 99.5% uptime target

5. Blueprint Exit Policy

Upon termination of any retainer agreement, we will deliver within 7 business days:

  • Workflow diagrams and visual architecture
  • Logic documentation (triggers, conditions, data mappings)
  • API connection list and data schema
  • n8n workflow JSON exports (importable to any n8n instance)

Blueprint handover does not include a running server, custom microservice source code (unless specified in SOW), proprietary internal architecture, or migration assistance.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. This includes business processes, API credentials, customer data, financial information, and trade secrets. This obligation survives termination for 2 years.

7. Warranties & Liability

  • Services are performed with reasonable skill and care consistent with industry standards
  • We do not guarantee specific business results (revenue, leads) unless explicitly stated in a SOW
  • Total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the 3 months preceding a claim
  • Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

8. Termination

  • Project engagements remain in effect until deliverables are completed and final payment received
  • Retainers have a 3-month initial minimum, then month-to-month with 30 days written notice to terminate
  • Either party may terminate immediately for material breach not cured within 14 days of written notice
  • Upon termination, Blueprint Exit Policy applies

9. Support & SLA

For retainer clients, we provide support with the following response targets:

  • Critical (system down): within 2 hours, resolution same day
  • High (major feature broken): within 4 hours, resolution 1 business day
  • Medium (minor bug): within 24 hours, resolution 2-3 business days
  • Low (question/enhancement): within 48 hours

10. Website Use

By using this website you agree not to misuse our services, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or use any content for competitive purposes without permission.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. For active clients, material changes will be communicated via email 30 days in advance.
